More Info
Hi all, I'm in Los Angeles on one of my brief breaks from my research and studies at Harvard. Madison and Phannie (the beautiful owners of Radiance Movement) have kindly invited me to teach a meditation workshop. I was formally trained as a Hindu monk in various yogic and Vedantic traditions. I've also had the honor of working and studying with Thich Nhat Hanh and many other great teachers in the Zen and Tibetan Buddhist traditions.

This workshop is a reflection of over twenty years of practicing and teaching meditation.

Here are the details:

Candlelight guided meditation and dharma talk.

This workshop is appropriate for beginners and long-term meditators.

Learn and explore five ancient practices for relieving stress, finding inner calm, increasing creativity, and connecting deeply to life.

You will learn and practice meditations on beauty and change, including: breathing meditations, gratitude meditations, Vipassana, and Tibetan Maha Mudra.

When: Saturday Nov. 19th, 7 pm
$35 single, 2 for $50 (RSVP by Nov 14th)

Where: Radiance Movement
1334 Lincoln Blvd suite 140, Santa Monica

To RSVP either respond to this Facebook Event or email dustdas@gmail.com
