Take a deep breath and feel the air as it fills your lungs. Feel how the air is made of love. Notice the connection between the air and the lungs, a connection of love. Expand your lungs with air until your body has the need to expel that air. Then exhale, and feel the pleasure again.

Quote of the day...
The way to keep yourself from making assumptions is to ask questions. Make sure the communication is clear. If you don't understand, ask. Have the courage to ask questions until you are as clear as you can be. Once you hear the answer, you will not have to make assumptions because you will know the truth.

Quote of the Day
If you don't understand something, it is better for you to ask and be clear, instead of making an assumption.
The day you stop making assumptions you will communicate cleanly and clearly . . . Without making assumptions your word becomes impeccable.

Quote of the Day:
Don't make assumptions. By making this one agreement a habit, our lives are transformed completely. What we need comes to us easily because spirit moves freely through us. Magic happens in our lives. This is the mastery of love, the mastery of gratitude, and the mastery of life. This is the path to personal freedom.

Quote of the day...
Write this agreement on paper, and put it on your refrigerator to remind you all the time: Don't take anything personally. As you make a habit of not taking anything personally, you won't need to place your trust in what others do or say. You will only need to trust yourself to make responsible choices.

Thought of the day
All people live in their own dream, in their own mind, they are in a completely different world from the one we live in. Even when a situation seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you

Good!
Well, it seems the last post was submitted successfully... Now it's time to practice my silat.
Well, Welcome to MSN TV!
Well, it looks like I can post on my MSN TV! My computer broke down about 7 days ago, and being unemployed, it looked likethis blog would be out of commision for a while. But, thanks to my MSN TV 2 device, it seems I can still work on the blog.
But what I can't do, is look at my blog. It seems that while I can still connect to the Internet, this device is not advanced enough to look at any of the more social networks. I can hardly view my facebook page, and I can't look at my My Space page AT ALL. Although I gotta say, I'm not really missing it.
But I DO miss my computer. My computer was my way of looking at the big, grand world around us. And the fact that I have to wait maybe 2 months to be able to save up the money to get a new one just shows me once again, for the upteenth time that being unemployed SUCKS ASS.
Well, enough of this ranting. I'll have to go to the library computer this Tuesday to see how this blog post turns out...

It's MLK DAY...
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s message of compassion, non-violence, and service is more relevant today than ever. Let's honor his memory by taking action to help others -- today, and throughout the rest of the year.

What I Did Today...
Well, it was a beautiful day, especially for wintertime... I hope this nice weather stays nice through this weekend.
I stayed home all day, practiced my silat footwork in my bedroom and in the backyard, and watched some old DVD's.
I can't wait until the farmer's markets tomorrow and friday.
