The combination of heart and mind can’t be beaten. Some of My children lean toward the heart first. Some of My children lean toward the mind first. For some, heart and mind are One.

At the same time, however, nothing happens without the heart. It is not surprising that the physical life of a human being ends with the demise of the heart, for your heart leads. It is the mainstay. Your heart beats for you, and your heart beats for Me as well.

We can further say that the beat of your heart sets the metronome for the Universe. The extant world lives by the beat of your heart. Your heart conducts the orchestra of the world. It is through Our hearts that We are One. Our Oneness can be evidenced by the mind, yet Our Oneness expresses itself through the heart.

Love comes from the heart. And, when all is said and done, all decisions come from the heart. The heart is King. The heart signals a Yes. Then the mind finds reasons. It is the heart that truly leads. You are heart-induced. This is universal. Your heart creates as does Mine. You might say I am complicit with you, yet that is another story.

Can you imagine a Universe based on thinking? The world, as it appears, seems to be run by the intellect. The intellect is not always so reasonable as you like to think. The heart can never be cold and calculating, yet, ah, the mind creates the world as it is most often known, separated and run by so-called logic.

Hail to the heart that beats so loyally, devotedly. Call the heartbeat vibration, resonance, tom-tom, core, whatever. While you live in the physical world, We can say that, through your heartbeat, you and I are linked. Through the soul always, in body or out of body, We are linked. Your soul and Godness of Truth touch eternally and infinitely. We merge. We are One. The individual identity of a you leaps into My heart.

Do not grieve for the individual you. Your world identity is a fantasy like all others. This means your surface identity has been a story, a fascinating story, a novel, long or short, made into a movie with so many twists and turns that it is unbelievable even on Earth terms. Now, We know, of course, that it is not to be believed. It was never true. Even the humdrum never was true.

All the world history, tracked, recorded, verified, referenced and reverenced, is a group fantasy. All the heroes and all the villains are invention. They are like a mass fantasy bought for a song. A salesman came to your door. You opened it and kept the door open.

You have had lovely images, such as a white sailboat on blue water, a flower blossoming, your heart beating. You have had unlovely images of diverse kinds, and so you watch movies of various genres. On this Earth that seems so solid, you stand on spindly-legs. Ah, but, yet, even on imagined Earth and within your imagined story, there is Truth, and, somehow, vaguely, you consciously know the Truth. You have had glimpses of it, silent moments of Truth named Love, named Beauty. Love and Beauty connect Us. On Earth, the love and beauty that exist in imagined time and space, sadly, fade. Even in this world-wide fantasy, you know there is something extraordinary about Love and Beauty, for they beat a higher note in your heart.

Beloveds, you and I, We are not even a heartbeat away.

Our gardens and farms are restored to the wealth of diversity they once knew. We no longer need or use chemicals to grow food because we are tending the soil in the way that it needs us to. We are receiving bountiful, healthy, delicious food and in return we care for that which feeds us. Everyone is fulfilled in body or spirit; we all have access to clean water and good food. We share and support each others' wellbeing and in doing so, we need less and our abundance deepens. We place our care of the earth in the center of all our decision making and in that way we are also supported. We are listening, hearing and understanding the messages of the universe. In doing so, we become family once again.

Humility is one of mankind's most widely loved personality traits. Social groups, whether they are religions or cultural, nearly all preach the necessity of humility. It is a widely held belief that to be humble, is to be good. Being good is crucial in a society where those who are good are rewarded, whereas those who are bad are punished. Humility is defined as a modest or low view of one's own importance. Modesty is defined as the quality of not being too proud or confident about yourself or your abilities. Taking a good look at these definitions, it becomes immediately apparent that humility is not actually beneficial to our lives; in fact, it is detrimental. In this episode, Teal explains that Humility is not a virtue. She explains that humility prevents us from knowing our own divinity and it causes us to live half of the life we came here to live.

Amidst the sea of faces, one stood out- that of the superstar destined for greatness not because of some strange alignment of the stars, but because of all that made him who he was.

SUPERSTAR:
one who is unique and beautiful both inside and out; a bright-shining and/or lovely thing to behold

O.K., as I have said before, whenever I go out to Hollywood, I go to that big outdoor mall at HOLLYWOOD & HIGHLAND, and buy a Cookies and Cream smoothie at D'Lush.

Just so you know, if anyone out there is planning to go out to Hollywood, you gotta go to D'lush. Their service is INCREDIBLE, and they make the ABSOLUTE BEST drinks and shakes in Southern California, NO DOUBT. Anyway, after I get my shake, I take a long look at the Hollywood sign, and I pray.

And I ALWAYS pray for the same thing. I pray for all the many people from all over the world who come out here to make their dreams come true.

In all the times I've been in the Hollywood area, I've never met any "famous celebrities". But I have met some SUPERSTARS.

And today, there's a special group of people I want you to meet.




theKI is an ensemble that fuses pop, jazz and electronic music with ancient wisdom and serves as one more voice in the movement to combat the abuse, in all its forms, of human rights and freedom. But anyway, the thing I love about these amazing group of people is that, they're not just musicians, they're also activists, using their music and voices to bring awareness to, and solving some of the many problems facing our planet today.

In fact, when I first met the lead singer Roxie Sakura, it was because she was helping to organize a team for a special event for the HOMELESS IN LOS ANGELES. THIS IS FROM THEIR WEBSITE:

It is an HONOR for me to be a part of THEKI community, and to share their vision.

I had a wonderful time there, and it was a special night.

How you see things is what is true for you. If you think you are going through a hard time, you certainly are. What constitutes a rough time is relative.

For some, it is a marvelous day when there is food on the table. For some, it’s a bad day when your tummy is full yet you wanted more from the day.

Life may indeed sing its tune, yet your thoughts about life carry a certain tone. Better to go higher.

When you call something dreadful, you may be sure you dread it. And if, for instance, you lose your job, or a boyfriend says, “So long,” or you lose your wallet, you may be sure it’s a dreadful day.

What if, beloveds, you could take what comes with evenness? Then you would take what comes without upheaval.

It is not a funeral when you are laid off from your job. This isn’t what you desired, and you may feel as though the ground has been taken away from under you. Let’s say that next month you find another job, one you like better. Had you known, you could have had a vacation instead of a hard time.

Life can, indeed, give you detours. You do not know ahead of time where the detours may take you. If you are certain that detours take you to dismalness and greater misfortune, is it not also possible that you can be certain that detours may take you to good fortune as well?

It seems natural to fear loss and dire events. Many-a-time, I have said there is no loss, yet you still believe fervently in owning and so fear losing.

It has long been said that attitude is everything. Certainly your thoughts and emotions rule your life and your conduct in it. Your life is not so much what happens in it as how you meet it. Why be devastated ahead of time? Why be devastated at all?

Somehow you have had a perception, and you think your perception is inviolable. You may perceive that, unless you have this or that the way you want it to be, you are worthless. If you lose your job, it’s a blow. Does it have to be? Why couldn’t losing your job be a step up, or even a blessing?

If you are homeless, it seems like the end of the world. It feels like the end of the world, yet nothing is the end of the world. Death is not. I understand, and you understand that there are expectations you have, and without your expectations fulfilled, you are at a loss. If you say you have come down a peg or two, you certainly have. Your value is not dependent upon a job or a mansion or upon homelessness.

Fear is a bludgeon that you beat yourself up with. Fear can take you to the edge of a cliff even when there is a treasure beneath your feet. What you think rules your life does not have to be what rules your life.

If others can rise up and achieve beyond what the world establishes as against great odds, so can you. Nothing is written in stone. Well, nothing but that you and I are One, and One We Are. Whatever your misperceptions, there is no changing Our Oneness.

Let go of belief in dire. If anything is possible, anything is possible. What is there that you cannot be? You are limited by your thoughts, beloveds. Maybe you want to think different thoughts, thoughts filled with more goodness and mercy and downright joy.

Be happy today whether the sun is shining or there is a downpour. If you are feeling downtrodden, how happy you would be right now if you could go back to another time in your life even when you were displeased about a day that now you would bless. How happy you can be. Be it. Be happy now, and more happiness will run to you.

The self-help community and the spiritual community is littered with people whose needs were not met by their primary caregivers and by successive relationships in their life. After all, look at the word self-help. One only turns to self-help when there is no one else there to help them, but themselves.


It is very easy for people who have been forced into a position of self-sufficiency to use spiritual truths to bypass this original pain in their lives and use that suppressed grief to justify a state of avoidance to attaching to and depending on others. This belief blinds them to the truth of interdependence and it prevents them from seeing the bigger picture. A bigger picture where the universe is trying to provide us with the opportunity to heal our relationship with ourselves by mirroring the pain contained within our relationship with ourselves through our relationship with others...instead of trying to push us into a state of independent self-sufficiency. What we need to enable people to find is not independence, it is self trust and symbiosis.

Amidst the sea of faces, one stood out- that of the superstar destined for greatness not because of some strange alignment of the stars, but because of all that made him who he was.

SUPERSTAR:

O.K., as I have said before, whenever I go out to Hollywood, I go to that big outdoor mall at HOLLYWOOD & HIGHLAND, and buy a Cookies and Cream smoothie at D'Lush.

Just so you know, if anyone out there is planning to go out to Hollywood, you gotta go to D'lush. Their service is INCREDIBLE, and they make the ABSOLUTE BEST drinks and shakes in Southern California, NO DOUBT. Anyway, after I get my smoothie, I take a long look at the Hollywood sign, and I pray.

And I ALWAYS pray for the same thing. I pray for all the many people from all over the world who come out here to make their dreams come true.

In all the times I've been in the Hollywood area, I've never met any "famous celebrities". But I have met some SUPERSTARS.

And today, I want to talk about one of them.

As you can see, Amy May is an amazing singer/songwriter from the UK. She regularly performs at the 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica.

Like I just said, Amy reguarly performs at the 3rd street promenade in Santa Monica, Ca. And personally, whenever I go out there, I don't consider it a good trip unless I get to see her performance. So if you happen to be over there, be sure to check her out, leave a tip, and buy her albums.

How can you not be compassionate for everyone else who walks on Earth unsure of where to go and what to do? Which human being on Earth knows what is going to befall? From an Earth point of view, there are land mines everywhere of one kind or another. Once My beloved children on Earth stepped out of their door, cautious of wild animals. Now there are buses to watch out for and cars and any number of footfalls.

There is no armor to wear. Even steel does not work. Hard hats do not always work. Each day all on Earth wake up to a world that may wound them in one way or another, and hearts are tender. From a human point of view, everyone is brave to wake up in the morning, unknowing of what may befall to themselves and those closest to them and also to so-called strangers.

I ask again: How can your heart not be tender to everyone who lives on Earth, in your same house or in a land far away?

Everyone wakes from sleep, and everyone has to meet the day whatever it may hold or may not hold.

This is what is called the human condition.

How can everyone’s heart not support every other? The least everyone can do who walks the Earth is to care about one another.

It is true you are all in this life together. Oneness means One with Me, and Oneness means One with everyone and everything.

In Truth, beloveds, there are not too many decisions you have to make. You think you have a myriad of decisions to make. Not so. You are to make the world as comfortable a place as you can for all the hearts and souls on Earth. You are not over-solicitous, yet you have in mind that you serve Me, and you serve the Children of God. You serve all the creatures and all the vegetation. You serve the mountains and the planes. You serve as one who serves water. It is not really such a big thing to serve. It is a natural thing.

If you open a coconut, you share the coconut and the coconut milk. If you milk a cow or a goat, you share the milk. You do not have to bear a heavy yoke. Not at all. There will be lightness in your step.

You merely give back to the Universe all that I have given you. When you have, you give.

It is not that you give to the poor. Let there be no poor. Who are you to separate human beings and name them poor?

Which man, woman, or child, or animal of the Earth or bird of the sky is to go hungry?

Giving takes nothing away from you. It nourishes you.

It is better that there is no reason for begging. Benevolence does not mean you are higher than anyone else. Perhaps more fortunate, yes. Higher? No. Make a world where there are no beggars, where there is no such concept as begging. No one is to be a burden who makes others look away.

Do those who are sure they have greater merit – do they create beggarliness? Certainly beggars cannot create themselves all alone. Does the world create the more fortunate in order to create the less fortunate?

Let everyone wake up in the morning with good will in his heart for all.

In the morning, you brush your teeth. Now also cleanse your heart. If everyone left his door with good will in his heart, what would the world be?

I think i'll let this video speak for itself.

I would like to thank Yann Arthus-Bertrand for the creation of the movie "Home" from which the scenes in the first half of this video were created. A large part of the script from the first half was derived from this movie, and they deserve a lot of credit for putting together a powerfully honest movie about the state of the world.

Team Spirit is working hard to help facilitate the space for everyone from oil executives to high school teachers to begin directing our efforts at cleaning up this mess, and fixing the problems that we've made.

We believe that by doing so, we can create the most magnificent place to live. That is what we want :)

What an incredible time of chaotic and exciting changes taking place in the world. Everything seems to be shifting, from the weather and climate to the consciousness of the world. Amazingly gifted people are finally stepping forward to help speed up the shift. Issues that traditional methods have taken years and countless hours of meditation, reading, counseling, mentoring, and event-going to overcome can be completely shifted instantly at the higher dimensional frequency levels by some of these individuals.

As more and more people step forward to share their gifts the light engulfing the world is becoming brighter and more powerful. Perhaps you are one of those people. Spiritual bypassing (or whitewashing) is the act of using spiritual beliefs to avoid facing or healing one's painful feelings, unresolved wounds and unmet needs. It is a state of avoidance. Because it is a state of avoidance, it is a state of resistance. I personally, consider Spiritual bypassing to be the shadow side of spirituality. The spiritual beliefs of any spiritual tradition, be it Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, New Age, Islamic, or even Self Help, can provide ample justification for living in a state of inauthenticity. They can all provide justification for avoiding the unwanted aspects of one's own feelings and state of being in favor of what is considered to be "a more enlightened state". In this episode, Teal Swan gives examples of spiritual bypassing and suggests ways that we can avoid doing it.
