Traditional Ways of Indigenous Peoples 10/25 by CriticalThinking | Blog Talk Radio

What if you had to get all of your food, shelter and clothing from what was around you. Nature is your grocery and clothing store. If all of the electricity went out today would you know how to survive? Would you know how to keep warm in the winter, which plants are poisonous and the best foods to eat to stay healthy and reproduce healthy babies? Would you know how to find or build shelter? What about Water? Would you know how to find the best sources of water and regulate your body temperature?

These are some of the topics we will be discussing in this blogtalk show, Critical Thinking w/Makeda Voletta, the Body Scientist. Today, she will be joined by guest Daniel Vitalis (www.DanielVitalis.com). Daniel is a leading Health, Nutrition and Personal Develipment Strategist as well as a Nature Based Philospher. He teaches that our invincible Health is a product of living in alignment with our biological design and our role in the ecosystem. Daniel incorporates wisdom of indigenous peoples into our modern lives.

She will also be joined by another guest, Gerald Lopez, a young man from Dominican Republic who is very knowledgeable of worldwide indigenous ways especially those of Africa, Native Americans and the Americas. He will be adding to the convo and kicking lots of knowledge on the power & purpose of the drum, foods, language, sexuality, dance of Afro Indigenous peoples in the Americas.
