Solving ancient mysteries Part 3. "The Ancients" knew much more than given credit for regarding Life, The Universe, Astronomy, Advanced Mathematics, Magnetism, Healing, Unseen Forces etc.
Encoded knowledge is information that is conveyed in signs and symbols and we can find this knowledge all over the world. All these ancient sightings and geometric patterns (Sacred Geometry) symbolise unseen forces at work. We are being lied to by the media. Modern archaeologists don't know what they're talking about. "The Ancients" were not stupid or primitive. We just failed to de-code this knowledge conveyed in signs, symbols and ancient artwork. This kind of information is kept hidden from the public.
Scientists dont know what holds the universe together, the answer is sound and unseen forces. Matter is governed by sound frequencies. There is much more to life than we can perceive with our 5 senses. The question then becomes "who or what governs unseen forces?" What is behind the symmetry throughout nature? (Golden Ratio, Phi, Fibonacci Sequence etc.) It simply cant be just coincidence, in my opinion there is an intelligent mind / consciousness behind all this that keeps it all together.
The pyramids are proof, that a more advanced civilization once existed on earth. And i know how crazy it is to claim that our history books are lying and not telling the truth, yet all the evidence points to this conclusion, im just wondering how even Michael Jackson was aware of all that. He tried to warn us, but most of us failed to listen, like always.

Understanding Guilt (Part 1 of 2: How to Let Go of Guilt - Ask Teal Epis...

Unless you were raised by wolves, you most likely heard things like this... Don't do that, shame on you, that's a bad girl (or boy), eat that because there are kids starving in Africa, look what you did, do it because I said so, or go to your room.
You concluded based on this kind of treatment that something is wrong with you. You concluded that if nothing were wrong with you, no one would treat you that way. You become determined to fix what is wrong with you so you can be treated the way you want to be treated... so you can be loved.
This cycle is called "socialization"
Socialization influences us to the belief that to be loved, we must be GOOD. But also that our only hope of being good is to be PUNISHED
What's more than that, our only hope of being good is to punish ourselves when we are bad, because without self punishment, bad would triumph over good. Soon, in order to be good, we replace the punishment our caregivers implement in our young lives with a self regulation system; a system of self blame and self punishment.
We call this system...GUILT.
In this episode, Teal goes on to tell us that there is even more to the story of guilt. She tells us that guilt is the veneer which is laid over a set of even worse core beliefs which also come from this childhood socialization pattern... As a child, the assumption you make based on the limited understanding you have when your caregivers punish you, is that you must deserve it. Otherwise, it would not be happening to you. Because of this, the core beliefs which are at the heart of all guilt are as follows: 1. I DESERVE PUNISHMENT
2. I DESERVE TO SUFFER
3. I DON'T DESERVE TO BE HAPPY
4. I DON"T DESERVE TO BE LOVED.
Teal then goes on to explain that guilt is self abuse.

Ancient Rainforest Discovered in Antarctica:
Drilling of the seabed off Antarctica has revealed evidence of a rainforest that once flourished on the continent some 52 million years ago.
Scientists studying sediment cores discovered fossilized pollen that could only have come from a “near-tropical” forest covering the continent in the Eocene period, 34-56 million years ago. According to Australian scientist Kevin Walsh, analysis of “temperature-sensitive molecules” contained in the pollen showed the average temperature be near 68 degrees F.
There were forests existing on the land, there wouldn’t have been any ice, it would have been very warm,” Welsh told AFP of the study, published in the journal Nature. ”It’s quite surprising, because obviously our image of Antarctica is that it’s very cold and full of ice.”
Today, the average temperature of Antarctica is roughly -58 degrees F. Scientists say that during the Eocene period, even with polar darkness, the Antarctica region remained frost-free.
During this warm period, estimates are that carbon dioxide levels reached between 992 to a couple thousand parts per million in Antarctica. CO2 levels today are estimated to be at about 395 ppm on the continent.
“Our work carries a sobering message,” Dr James Bendle, one of the authors of the study, told The Independent. “Carbon dioxide levels are rising rapidly through human combustion of fossil fuels and deforestation.
“Atmospherically speaking we are heading rapidly back in time towards the Eocene.”
The authors concluded that, without drastic changes, carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere last seen during the Eocene could be reached again in only a few hundred years.
“We haven’t reached Eocene levels yet but we are increasing at a rate faster than any time in Earth’s history,” said Bendle.

According to Australian scientist Kevin Walsh, analysis of “temperature-sensitive molecules” contained in the pollen showed the average temperature be near 68 degrees F.
There were forests existing on the land, there wouldn’t have been any ice, it would have been very warm,” Welsh told AFP of the study, published in the journal Nature. ”It’s quite surprising, because obviously our image of Antarctica is that it’s very cold and full of ice.”
Today, the average temperature of Antarctica is roughly -58 degrees F. Scientists say that during the Eocene period, even with polar darkness, the Antarctica region remained frost-free.
During this warm period, estimates are that carbon dioxide levels reached between 992 to a couple thousand parts per million in Antarctica. CO2 levels today are estimated to be at about 395 ppm on the continent.
“Our work carries a sobering message,” Dr James Bendle, one of the authors of the study, told The Independent. “Carbon dioxide levels are rising rapidly through human combustion of fossil fuels and deforestation.
“Atmospherically speaking we are heading rapidly back in time towards the Eocene.”
The authors concluded that, without drastic changes, carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere last seen during the Eocene could be reached again in only a few hundred years.
“We haven’t reached Eocene levels yet but we are increasing at a rate faster than any time in Earth’s history,” said Bendle.

• Bar Harbor brand - Clam Chowder, Fish Chowder, Fish Stock, Whole Maine Cherrystone Clams - I'm really liking the Bay Harbor brand of clam chowder and fish chowder. Although not certified organic, this is the only chowder I've ever found that isn't salted to death. Recommended storable foods you can acquire at any grocery store
These items are very low cost, loaded with nutrients, and are easy to store:
• Sugar (not to eat, but to barter with. Never eat white processed sugar.) Buy coconut sugar if you can. • Pepper (a basic spice, easy to store, easy to barter). • Mustard (excellent nutrition, believe it or not. Made from mustard seeds.) • Raisins (easy to store and barter) • Lard (yeah, lard. On a cold winter's night when the heat is off, you'll wish you had some soup made with lard... and it's healthier than "vegetable oil" which is mostly GMO soybean oil anyway.) • Butter • Pickled vegetables (all kinds, including sauerkraut) • Coffee (even if you don't drink it, you can barter it. People will be desperate.) • Coffee filters (can also be used to help filter water, cooking oil and other items) • Brown rice (large bags) • Steel-cut oatmeal • Local honey (stored practically forever) • Sardines and anchovies packed in olive oil (excellent storable omega-3s) • Sea salt (you almost can't have too much salt stored away...) • Yet more sea salt • And even MORE sea salt, because you will run out in a prolonged collapse scenario. • Peanut butter (portable, high calories, which you'll need) • Canned meats (long shelf life) • Canned vegetables (you'll need the nutrients) • Natural dried meats (AVOID all MSG!) • Nuts and nut mixes (almonds, cashews, etc.) • Cans of coconut milk or coconut fat (adds delicious flavor to any meal) • Spare can openers, kitchen knife, small cutting board, etc.
How to store these foods
For things like the soup mixes, you can't just store the bags without protection from rodents. You'll need to acquire 5-gallon pails with sturdy lids. You can get these locally at a hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowe's. Pack the foods in the pails, then attach the lids securely. This will keep out mice, ants, and so on.
You can also sprinkle some DE (diatomaceous earth) in the pails, around the floor, etc., to discourage insects and ants. DE is harmless to humans unless you inhale it. You can actually eat small quantities of it quite safely (some people actually use it as a detox supplement).
Obviously, do not use chemical insecticides of any kind, as they are likely to contaminate your stored food.
Store all your food in a cool, dry, dark place. A dry root cellar is ideal. Refrigerate foods if you have refrigeration space.
Items like salt and honey can store literally for thousands of years under the right conditions. Beans and grains can typically be stored for 5 - 10 years. More perishable items such as raisins are usually only good for 1-2 years. Canned foods and items like sardines are typically good for 2-3 years, depending on the item.
If you do eat some of your preparedness items on a regular basis, make sure you eat the older items first. Many preparedness experts recommend "store what you eat, and eat what you store" in order to keep your food supplies rotated and fresh. Personally, I differ a bit from that because I tend to eat fresh foods while storing non-fresh foods.

Recommended storable foods you can acquire at any grocery store
These items are very low cost, loaded with nutrients, and are easy to store:
• Sugar (not to eat, but to barter with. Never eat white processed sugar.) Buy coconut sugar if you can. • Pepper (a basic spice, easy to store, easy to barter). • Mustard (excellent nutrition, believe it or not. Made from mustard seeds.) • Raisins (easy to store and barter) • Lard (yeah, lard. On a cold winter's night when the heat is off, you'll wish you had some soup made with lard... and it's healthier than "vegetable oil" which is mostly GMO soybean oil anyway.) • Butter • Pickled vegetables (all kinds, including sauerkraut) • Coffee (even if you don't drink it, you can barter it. People will be desperate.) • Coffee filters (can also be used to help filter water, cooking oil and other items) • Brown rice (large bags) • Steel-cut oatmeal • Local honey (stored practically forever) • Sardines and anchovies packed in olive oil (excellent storable omega-3s) • Sea salt (you almost can't have too much salt stored away...) • Yet more sea salt • And even MORE sea salt, because you will run out in a prolonged collapse scenario. • Peanut butter (portable, high calories, which you'll need) • Canned meats (long shelf life) • Canned vegetables (you'll need the nutrients) • Natural dried meats (AVOID all MSG!) • Nuts and nut mixes (almonds, cashews, etc.) • Cans of coconut milk or coconut fat (adds delicious flavor to any meal) • Spare can openers, kitchen knife, small cutting board, etc.
How to store these foods
For things like the soup mixes, you can't just store the bags without protection from rodents. You'll need to acquire 5-gallon pails with sturdy lids. You can get these locally at a hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowe's. Pack the foods in the pails, then attach the lids securely. This will keep out mice, ants, and so on.
You can also sprinkle some DE (diatomaceous earth) in the pails, around the floor, etc., to discourage insects and ants. DE is harmless to humans unless you inhale it. You can actually eat small quantities of it quite safely (some people actually use it as a detox supplement).
Obviously, do not use chemical insecticides of any kind, as they are likely to contaminate your stored food.
Store all your food in a cool, dry, dark place. A dry root cellar is ideal. Refrigerate foods if you have refrigeration space.
Items like salt and honey can store literally for thousands of years under the right conditions. Beans and grains can typically be stored for 5 - 10 years. More perishable items such as raisins are usually only good for 1-2 years. Canned foods and items like sardines are typically good for 2-3 years, depending on the item.
If you do eat some of your preparedness items on a regular basis, make sure you eat the older items first. Many preparedness experts recommend "store what you eat, and eat what you store" in order to keep your food supplies rotated and fresh. Personally, I differ a bit from that because I tend to eat fresh foods while storing non-fresh foods.

(NaturalNews) Since the 1980s, physicians and cancer groups have regularly warned the public against the potential health dangers of direct sunlight on skin. As a result, many people have stayed out of the sunlight completely, covered their limbs even in warm weather or slathered themselves with UV protection products, all in the interest of lowering their risk of melanomas.

A 2009 study by a group of Leeds University researchers found that higher levels of Vitamin D were linked to improved skin cancer survival odds. Other studies have found that Vitamin D has a connection to a strong immune response in the body. In fact, Vitamin D may hasten the death of tumor cells.
Unfortunately, most people have low levels of Vitamin D, leaving them at higher risk for a host of diseases including breast cancer, prostate cancer, bowel cancer, cervical cancer, rickets and osteoporosis. "It's common for the general public to have low levels of vitamin D in many countries," said Professor Julia Newton Bishop of the Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine and author of the Leeds study. We use sunshine to make vitamin D in the skin, so melanoma patients' levels of vitamin D may be especially low."
Bishop also noted that people can get more Vitamin D through dietary sources such as fatty fish. She points out that balance is key, as extremely high levels of Vitamin D can have a negative effect on health.
The mainstream media continues to run stories every summer warning people against the sun even two years after the Leeds study. While hours of sunbathing may be risky behavior for your long-term health, receiving a moderate amount of sunlight while out gardening or walking is actually as good for you as eating a low-fat diet and engaging in regular exercise. In fact, laying off the sunscreen may help you not only absorb sunshine into your skin to help fight tumors, but also helps you avoid the chemicals in most commercial sun blocking products. Some studies have indicated that these chemicals can actually generate harmful free radicals in the body.

Tony Scott, the British-born filmmaker who directed Hollywood blockbusters such as Top Gun, True Romance and Crimson Tide, has died after leaping off a bridge in Los Angeles.
The 68-year-old younger brother of director Ridley Scott took his own life yesterday afternoon after parking his car on the Vincent Thomas Bridge and leaping into the water below, Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office confirmed today.
Fellow filmmakers were among the first to pay tribute to Scott, with Da Vinci code director Ron Howard tweeting “No more Tony Scott movies. Tragic day.”
Duncan James who made the acclaimed science fiction films Moon and Source Code also took to Twitter to say “Just heard about Tony Scott news. Horrible… Tony was a truly lovely man who took me under his wing and ignited my passion to make films.”
"Awww Tony. Wish you had felt there was a way to keep going. What a sad waste. My thoughts go out to his wife and beautiful children", he added.
Scott, who was born in North Shields, Northumberland in 1944, is survived by his third wife Donna and their twin sons.
Witnesses described seeing Scott park his car on the 56-metre-high bridge overlooking Los Angeles harbour and leaping to his death “without hesitation” at about 12.30pm local time.
Lieutenant Joe Bale, a watch commander for LA’s coroner's office, said Scott’s body was recovered by law enforcement shortly before 3pm.
A note was found in Scott's car that Bale said he believed would turn out to be a suicide note, though he was not familiar with its contents. "Typically, when they find a note in cases like this, it's not a shopping list," he said.
Scott, who was often seen behind the camera wearing his signature red faded baseball cap, has been credited with directing more than 24 films and television programmes, and producing nearly 50 titles.
He was best known for muscular but stylish high-octane thrillers that showcased some of Hollywood's biggest stars in a body of work that dated back to the 1980s and established him as one of the most successful action directors in the business.
He got his start making TV commercials for his older sibling's London-based production company, Ridley Scott Associates, and moved into films for television and cinema.
His big breakthrough came in 1986 fighter jet adventure Top Gun, which starred Tom Cruise as a hot-shot pilot, and he followed that with another big hit, the 1987 Eddie Murphy comedy Beverly Hills Cop II.
Other notable directing credits include the 1990 racing drama "Days of Thunder", which also featured Cruise, Crimson Tide and the 1998 spy thriller "Enemy of the State", which paired Hackman and Will Smith.
Richard Kelly, who wrote the screenplay for Domino which Scott directed, joined a growing chorus of online tributes.
"Working with Tony Scott was like a glorious road trip to Vegas on desert back roads, a wild man behind the wheel, grinning," the "Donnie Darko" director wrote. "I felt safe.
"Tony Scott was the best mentor - when he saw something punk rock that he could slip through the system ... he pounced."

He is quite possibly, one of the greatest guitar players alive today. He's certainly one of the greatest guitar players I've ever listened to. Now since I don't know this man personally, here's some information about him taken from his website www.shaunhopper.com:

Whether his listeners are guitar enthusiasts or not matters little, within a few seconds they soon realize that they are listening to a true virtuoso. He was recently signed to Steve Vai's Favored Nations/Digital Nations label (Fall 2010) which included the release of his debut CD, "Lower Case Letters". Shaun has held several Guitar Clinics through Sam Ash and has received sponsorships and endorsements from Maton Guitars, Larivee Guitars, Keeley Electronics, TC Electronic, Radial Engineering, Elixir Guitar Strings, L. R. Baggs, Voodoo Lab and Zaolla Instrument Cables.
Born and raised in Adel, Georgia, Shaun began playing guitar at age 12 after hearing a local street musician fingerpick a Nirvana song outside the local arcade. That's all it took to light the fire. Within weeks, family friend Dan Madock (a.k.a., "Doc" ), presented Shaun with his first instrument, an Ibanez 6-string. A sequence of influential teachers soon followed, broadening Shaun's exposure, including Bill Brown (Music Theory), Nephtali Santiago (Classical Method) and later, extensive lessons with mentor Sam Pacetti (Folk, Celtic & Fingerstyle). Shaun speaks fondly of Pacetti's influence, "Sam Pacetti is a true virtuoso. He's just amazing. You think he's reached a level where he can go no further and he just keeps getting better". Ironically, the same exact sentiment is now being sounded across Hopper's own fan base (which now includes Pacetti). His early exposure provided him with a firm foundation in classical music theory, an awareness of the full range of possibilities on guitar and an unvarying passion for practicing his craft.
Starting out in 2002, Shaun played bass in several rock & country bands, cutting his teeth at local Valdosta clubs, touring the Southeast and gaining a popular foothold in Atlanta. Yet even after playing a four hour band gig, he'd arrive back at the motel room at 3:00am, put away his bass and open up his guitar case. Locking himself in the motel bathroom, so as not to disturb his band mates, he'd play for several more hours. His call to "solo fingerstyle" guitar was resolute.
Subsequent years of honing his craft led Hopper to the "Winfield National Fingerpicking Championship" where he won "Best Instrumental" song (2007) for his seminal piece "Autumn of Any Year". Later that same year, Shaun won 2nd place in the singer-songwriter competition at Atlanta's famed Eddie's Attic "Shootout Competition" without singing a single note, being the first and only instrumentalist ever to achieve such recognition. Reviewer's from "The Atlanta Journal Constitution" awarded Shaun the title "Best Musician on the Rise" (2007).
Today, Shaun is pursuing his own compositions (including songwriting) as well as learning arrangements and compositions from some of the best guitarists on the planet. He is undaunted at every challenge, citing "time" as his only obstacle. Whether the arranger/composer is Martin Taylor, Pete Huttlinger, Tommy Emmanuel or Adam Rafferty, Shaun meets them head on imbuing each tune with his own signature. Reflecting on his favorite guitar players, "You have to keep playing if you want to reach those next levels," Hopper says. "You have to make time to practice or it won't happen." His words echo his daily ritual and the results are self evident. Shaun jealously guards his practice time, exploring the genius of his idols as well as his own conduit of creativity, whether cloistered away at home or sitting in a booth at Perkin's Restaurant at 3:00am.
Shaun Hopper is unquestionably one of the finest acoustic-fingerstyle guitar players in America, a rare jewel in the tapestry of the Tampa Bay music scene. Dazzling us with his fiery originals and covering everything from Chet Atkins to Andre Segovia and from The Beatles to Queen, Shaun never fails to mesmerize us all.

How to Discover What You Want - (Ask Teal Episode about Desire and What ...

In this episode of Ask Teal, The topic addressed is: How to Discover What You Want.
Your desires are responsible for the expansion of this universe. You are forming preferences all day every day regardless of whether you are conscious of it or not. The people, who live the most pleasant lives, take time to make this process a conscious one. The people who get what they want tend to be the ones who first make the effort to know what they want.
You have most likely learned that life is not about what YOU want. It's about making other people happy. And so being honest about what you want may feel risky to you at first. It may even feel like a fool's errand. But it is one of the most important questions to ask and answer for yourself.
We never hear people say "all I really want in this life is to be happy". It sounds like a commonsense answer, but as a life goal, we think it is destined for failure." But Teal explains that this goal is the goal which will enable all necessary conditions to fall into place. This goal is the Holy Grail.
Happiness is always what we really want. We are telling the universe HOW we want happiness to come to us if we want money or love or anything other than happiness itself.
So let yourself ask to be happy. Let yourself figure out what you really want in this life. In this episode, Teal suggests many ways you can go about doing this.

Four distinct stories of progress show how a challenge once considered unsolvable was addressed: Sending a man to the moon, sequencing the rice genome, making medicine personal and reducing traffic congestion. Across the diversity of these examples, the film reveals how progress was made possible by a combination of people and technology, and by taking a distinct approach to making the world work better -- seeing, mapping, understanding, believing and acting. Today, this very approach can be used to tackle challenges large and small. This film was originally presented in an immersive experience on forty 85" screens in the IBM THINK Exhibit located at Lincoln Center in New York, NY from September 23 through October 23rd, 2011.
