Guess where I'm going this Saturday?

Our version of a holiday bash -- lets learn about and celebrate the ways in which change and radiance is in everyBODY's hands. This is a day of sustainable solutions + local artists + good food and good people!

Brought to you by: Radiance Movement, Center for Applied Consciousness, Livin', Recruiting for Good, and the Urban Permaculture House!

You are invited to attend any and all of the below activities:

The day will begin with a late-morning gathering on
the beach for a guided Kundalini meditation by Gurubhai at 11:00 am, followed by a wonderful movement awareness exercise, The Nancy Stark Smith Underscore, on the beach! (11:30 start)

For those with small children - Kai Hazelwood will be leading a FREE DanceT!me Workshop for 2-5 year olds at Christine Emerson Reed Park (1133 7th st. Santa Monica, CA)

1-1:30 check out Parent and Me class, a mix of creative ballet
and yoga for parents and their toddlers age 2-4

2-2:50 is Just Me time! A fun blend of creative ballet and Jazz
dance for independent children ages 3-5.

It will continue in the evening for activities, refreshments, presentation and performance at Radiance Movement Studio!

6:00: Our hands get dirty planting edible patio beds and dig
into home-made appetizers, while enjoying the sounds of live
musical artists LA CAt and Brandon West.

7:00: Presentation by Exercise Nutritionist and Permaculture
Expert, Heath Perry, MS, RD -- "What the Heath? How
Permaculture Can Change Your Mind, Body, Life."

7:30: Live performance by local artists, including
singer/songwriter Maylan Ackerman and movement artists
Cat Ramos, Madison Moross and Phannie Haver!


And finally, topped off with some decadence... brownies, and perhaps some dancing, lunar eclipse style!
