HAPPY TUESDAY!!!

I alone am the MASTER of my ship of life.
~Jonathan-Lockwood Huie

GOOD MORNING FAMILY!

There is no separation between the physical and the spiritual. All efforts to separate the two have only been a method of creating the idea of separation and have taken us further away from reality. There is a reason each of us has been embodied on this planet at this time. Instead of trying to escape the world in order to experience what we deem as purely spiritual experiences, instead focus on remaining grounded on the earth while bringing spirit here.

This is the amazing experience that we are blessed to be part of. Recognize that you are energetic frequencies that can vibrate at higher and higher levels while still remaining embodied. The body itself is capable of resonating at higher and higher frequencies while expanding its awareness and energy field unlimitedly. The more you expand your energetic reach the more impact you will have on all those around you. When you resonate at the highest frequencies of pure love then your impact will be enormous and can help shift the perception of the entire planet.

Well, today is TUESDAY, which means it's WORLD HISTORY DAY, which means that every Tuesday, and sometimes, Wednesday, I'm gonna post a video about history, world history, in particular.

So today's video is an episode of CONNECTIONS, with James Burke.

"The Long Chain" traces the invention of the Fluyt freighter in Holland in the 16th century. Voyages were insured by Edward Lloyd (Lloyd's of London) if the ships' hulls were covered in pitch and tar (which came from the colonies until the American Revolution in 1776). In Culross, Scotland, Archibald Cochrane (9th Earl of Dundonald) tried to distill coal vapor to get coal tar for ships' hulls, which led to the discovery of ammonia. The search for artificial quinine to treat malaria led to the development of artificial dyes, which Germany used to produce fertilizers to grow wheat and led to the advancement of chemistry which in turn led to DuPont's discovery of polymers such as nylon.

Connections is a ten-episode documentary television series created, written and presented by science historian James Burke. The series was produced and directed by Mick Jackson of the BBC Science & Features Department and first aired in 1978 (UK) and 1979 (USA). It took an interdisciplinary approach to the history of science and invention and demonstrated how various discoveries, scientific achievements, and historical world events were built from one another successively in an interconnected way to bring about particular aspects of modern technology. The series was noted for Burke's crisp and enthusiastic presentation (and dry humour), historical reenactments, and intricate working models.
